The service
Populapp provides an embeddable waitlist widget and a hosted waitlist page that collect email signups on your behalf. The service is provided by Gus IT LLC.
Plans and billing
Plans are billed monthly ($5/mo) or annually ($50/yr) through Stripe. Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial; a card is required and nothing is charged until the trial ends. There are no per-signup fees. You can cancel anytime from your dashboard; cancellation stops future billing.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use Populapp to collect signups deceptively, to send spam, or to violate any law. You are responsible for the signups you collect and for complying with applicable privacy law toward them.
Data and termination
Your data is yours; export it anytime. On account deletion we hard-delete your waitlist pages and signups after a short parking window. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.
No warranty
The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, Gus IT LLC's liability is limited to the fees you paid in the preceding 12 months.
